OJEE 2026: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2026 registrations will commence on 28 January 2026. The online application process will remain open until 22 March 2026. OJEE is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the OJEE Cell for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Odisha.
OJEE 2026 is conducted for admission to courses such as B.Pharm / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing / Post Diploma Nursing/ M.Sc Nursing/ MCA /M.Sc(Comp. Science)/ MBA / Integrated MBA / B. CAT / M.Tech / M.Tech (Part-Time) / M.Arch / M Plan / M.Pharm courses.

OJEE 2026 Application Fee
- For a single course, the examination fee is Rs 1000, and for subsequent addition of each course, Rs 500 per course will be applicable.
OJEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria
B. TECH (4 Years):
-
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (AICTE Process Handbook, 2022-23/24-25-27). OR
- Passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
B PHARM (4 Years):
- Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject.
B.CAT (4 Years):
- Cinematography: Passed or appearing in 2026 Intermediate (10+2) in Science from CHSE, Odisha /CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
- Sound Recording and Design: Passed or appearing in 2026 Intermediate (10+2) in Science from CHSE, Odisha /CBSE/ICSE /other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
- Film Editing: Passed or appearing in 2026 Intermediate (10+2) in Science/Arts /Commerce from CHSE, Odisha / CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
LE – TECH (3 Years):
- Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology. OR
- Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed the 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
LE PHARM (3 Years):
- Passed Diploma examination in a Programme with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate Programme.
MBA (2 Years):
- Passed Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
MCA (2 Years):
- Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR
- Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Integrated MBA (5 years):
- Passed 10+2 examination. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
M TECH/ M ARCH/ M PLAN (2 Years):
- Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
M PHARM (2 years):
- Passed Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Basic BSc Nursing:

The candidates must be minimum 17 years of age as on dt: 31.12.2026 i.e., the candidate should have been born on or before dt.31.12.2009.
- The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with science or vocational (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) from CHSE, Odisha or any other Board or Council or University equivalent thereof.
- The candidates passed 10+2 examination in Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology), conducted by the National Institute of Open School are also eligible to apply.

The candidates must have passed in the subject of PCB & English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination i.e. (10+2). In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40%. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Course.
Post Basic BSc Nursing:
- The candidate must be a domicile of Odisha /permanent resident of Odisha /native of Odisha (Applicable for candidates taking admission in Govt. counseling only).
- The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of ONMRC or equivalent to any other state nursing council. The registration certificate must be issued from ONMRC or equivalent to any other state nursing council on or before last date of submission of application form.

The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of General Nursing & Midwifery examination conducted by ON&MEB Odisha or equivalent thereof.
M. Sc Nursing:
- The candidates must be a Domicile of Odisha /permanent resident of Odisha / native of Odisha (Applicable for candidates taking admission in Govt. counseling only).
- The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of ONMRC or equivalent of any other state nursing council.

The minimum educational requirements shall be B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 55% aggregate marks from the institution recognized by the INC/ONMRC.
- In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, the minimum educational requirements shall be B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 50% aggregate marks from the institution recognized by INC/ONMRC.
Post Basic Diploma Nursing:
- The candidate must be a domicile of Odisha/permanent resident of Odisha / native of Odisha (Applicable for candidates taking admission in Govt. counseling only).

The candidate must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of ONMRC or equivalent to any other state nursing council. The registration certificate must be issued from ONMRC or equivalent to any other state nursing council on or before last date of submission of the application form.

Basic B.Sc. Nursing:
- This examination will consist of one question paper of 100 Multiple Choice Questions,
- each carrying one mark.
- There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- The syllabus for the Common Entrance Test shall include the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English of +2 examination course and Aptitude for Nursing.
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing:
- The Entrance Examination for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course will be conducted through online CBT mode.
- The syllabus for the Common Entrance Test shall include the subjects taught in the GNM curriculum.
- This examination will consist of one question paper of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying one mark.
- There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- Duration of paper will be of 2 hour & Medium of examination will be English.
M.Sc. Nursing:
- The Entrance Examination for M.Sc. Nursing course will be conducted through online CBT mode.
- The syllabus for Common Entrance Test shall include the subjects taught in Basic B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing curriculum.
- This examination will consist of one question paper of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying one mark.
- There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- Duration of paper will be of 2 hour & Medium of examination will be English.
Post Basic Diploma Nursing:

The Entrance Examination for Post Basic Diploma Nursing course will be conducted through online CBT mode.
- The syllabus for Common Entrance Test shall include the subjects taught in GNM/ Basic Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing curriculum.
- This examination will consist of one question paper of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying one mark.
- There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- Duration of paper will be of 2 hour & Medium of examination will be English.
How to Apply for the OJEE 2026 Application Form ?
- Step-1: Visit the website of OJEE 2026 (The link will be given above).
- Step-2: Then the candidate has to click on “Registration”.

Step-3: The candidate must fill the application form with details, including the candidate’s name, father’s name, phone number, correspondence address, permanent address, email ID, etc.
- Step-4: Upload a passport-size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Step-5: Next, they will have to upload the documents that are asked for as per the guidelines in the application form.
- Step-6: Candidates need to pay the application fee in the online mode.
- Step-7: Take the printout of the application form for further reference.
